Products We Love: Aurora Elixirs CBD Seltzers

Is there anything more refreshing than a cool seltzer on a hot summer day? ☀️I’ve been reaching for fizzy stuff like crazy, so when I came across Aurora Elixirs (www.auroraelixirs.com) I was so tempted to try them out.

Aurora Elixirs Branding

I was first pulled in by their beautiful brand on Instagram — the Aurora Elixirs bottles have a gorgeous high-end design that’s truly ahead of their time for being a CBD product. They look right at home on my fancy bar cart, and I love anything cannabis related that I don’t have to hide when Mom comes over. Major win. 🏆

Aurora Elixirs Lavender Spice

After icing down a bottle of their Lavender Spice (containing 15MG of hemp-derived CBD) I was ready to get tasting.

Something about their pretty packaging made me think I was about to experience a serious hit of sweetness in my first sip, but I was pleasantly surprised to taste much more subtle, earthy, herbal flavors.

The fizz activated a beautiful fresh lavender smell from my drink — poured over ice — and coriander provided a soft spice on the finish. I was refreshed, and about 10 minutes later, felt the CBD starting to sooth and relax. Can your La Croix do that?! 💜

Aurora Elixirs Grapefruit Rosemary

The other flavor I was able to try was their Grapefruit Rosemary, which I sampled solo first (delish, as expected) and then got a little wild and added a splash of vodka (since it was Friday 🍹).

The cocktail was seriously delightful — dry, botanical, indulgent. Like something you’d be lucky to come across on the menu of a chic farm-to-table restaurant. YUM.

Beyond being super tasty, I was excited to discover that Aurora Elixir’s CEO Victoria Pustynsky is a total boss lady — she comes from leadership roles at LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, the world leader in luxury goods, and at Suntory Spirits.

She made the move to Oregon back in 2013 to explore the food and bev industry, innovating at local wineries and craft distilleries before combining her skills with cannabis. She’s also a mom, yogi, and industry advocate… how cool is that? 👏🏼

To shop Aurora Elixirs, head to their (also gorgeous) website here. We can’t wait to try their THC flavors on our next trip to Oregon, and hope to see them in stores across the country soon!
