Cannabis Creators: Ash’s Super Realistic Weed Art

Here at HeyHelloHigh we 💚 to shine a spotlight on womxn doing cool things in cannabis. We’ve profiled tons of entrepreneurs, makers and creators – each with a unique story to tell.

Today, we’re excited to share an interview with Ash, aka SweetChibaBabySpeaks.

We threw her some tough Qs, like “What advice would you give your 12-year-old self?” and, “Do you consider yourself a stoner?” She came back with candid, creative answers. Without further ado, let’s get to the interview!

Ash, thanks for taking the time to chat. We’d love to knowwhen / how did you first start creating art? I’ve always enjoyed all types of art but while working in the cannabis industry I was inspired to create my own line of jewelry.

What are your favorite materials to work with? I like acrylic paint, I put it on everything.

What inspires you? Good green, good music and good people.

Check out Ash at work on YouTube 📺

Do you listen to music while you create? Normally I have like Netflix on while I work but I listen to all types of music, yea even country but right now I’m digging anything Afrobeats.

What have you created that you’re the proudest of? Lol I’m somebody’s mom. My amazing daughter.

If you could go back in time and tell your 12-year-old self one piece of advice, what would it be? I’d tell her start now, and skip college.

Do you consider yourself a “stoner”? Why or why not? Yes, I’m in too deep, I have other business ventures and different types of art that I do but I love this one the most. It allows me to be the most creative.

Who are a few other artists in the community we should check out? @em.aye.ee @ravishingstoner

What’s a goal you have for the future? I want to continue doing what I love.

Any tips for other female cannabis creatives out there? There is room for everyone, just be yourself.
