Hey babes! With summer in full swing, I am starting to switch up my breakfast routine in a major way. My drinks are going from hot to iced, my eating spot has moved al-fresco, and instead of heavy carbs, I’m going for light, fresh and fruity.
That’s why when our friends at JustCBD reached out with a new dried fruit treat to try, I had just the recipe in mind.
I’m no stranger to popping a couple drops of CBD into my smoothies, but an infused breakfast granola bowl? That just sounds F A N C Y – but let me tell you, this recipe could not be any more simple to make, but it looks impressive and will make you feel great for the rest of the day.
First, get your hands on some JustCBD dried fruit. Choose from Apricot, Apple, Pineapple, Papaya, Kiwi, or my pick – Mango, in sizes that range from 250mg of CBD, to 750mg, 1000mg and 3000mg. For the mango specifically, an approximate dosage is 5 pieces of dried fruit which comes out to about 21mg CBD per piece.
With dosages in mind, I started building my breakfast with a base of organic non-fat greek yogurt, just a 1/2 cup to line bottom of the bowl. Next, I topped the cool & creamy stuff with some sweet crunch – a 1/4 cup scoop of my favorite granola, which is Trader Joe’s Almond Butter granola 🤤 Then, I sprinkled a dose of JustCBD dried mango on top, stuck a spoon in, and was good to go.
No oven, no mess, barely any cleanup. The perfect hot summer breakfast!

Summer CBD Granola & Yogurt Bowl
- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 dose JustCBD dried fruit
Layer ingredients in a shallow breakfast bowl, dip a spoon in, and enjoy!
