Rainbow CBD Cake Pops | Products We Love

Stoner babes of the world with a¬†serious sweet tooth, this one’s for you ūüć≠

CBD Cake Pops¬†have just hit the market, and we’re slightly obsessed. Read on for all the deets on these rainbow¬†treats, their health benefits & where to buy them.

What is a CBD Cake Pop?

CBD infused Cake Pops are a fun, festive and delicious way to consume CBD. If you’ve never heard of CBD, it’s short for cannabidiol, a non-psychoactive compound found in marijuana and hemp, that has many health benefits but doesn’t get you high. CBD has been shown to ease anxiety, help with sleep, relax muscles, and elevate mood.

Now, imagine all that power-packed into a cake pop! Diamond CBD Cake Pops are made with chocolate cookie dough covering soft vanilla cream, dipped in sweet icing and rolled in white sprinkles. During the baking process, they are each infused with 30mg of pure CBD from organically grown hemp.

Are CBD Cake Pops good for you?

If you’re someone¬†that’s on a strict no-sugar diet, this may not be the best way to consume CBD for you. But the good news is, CBD naturally helps regulate blood sugar levels via your body’s endocannabinoid system. If you’re looking to indulge in a sweet treat and enjoy the many benefits of CBD, these cake pops could be exactly what you’re looking for.

CBD Cake Pop Review

We’ve tried CBD chocolates, CBD caramels, and all kinds of other tasty edibles so we couldn’t wait to get our hands on some CBD infused cake pops. We opted for¬†Diamond¬†CBD Cake Pops¬†as they were the best recommended by our friends.

At first glance, CBD cake pops look like any other cake pop out there. They come on lollipop sticks, in multi-colors, and we love the shine from the sprinkles.

Each CBD cake pop is about 2-3 bites, with a nice crunch on the exterior from the candy shell and sprinkles, and a soft, doughy inside. The CBD is completely tasteless, but we felt the effects in about 15 min. The effects of the organic hemp CBD were relaxing, calming, and soothed sore muscles. We ate them in the evening and enjoyed a really sound sleep that night.

Overall we’d highly recommend CBD cake pops to anyone with a sweet tooth looking for a treat with added health benefits, too.

CBD Cake Pop Recipe

Curious about how to make CBD cake pops at home? Here’s our favorite recipe”

  1. First, prepare and bake your favorite kind of cake (homemade or from a box, both work.) Follow normal prep directions.
  2. Then, prepare your favorite frosting (homemade or store bought) and bring it to room temp.
  3. Add your desired dose of CBD oil to your frosting.
  4. Next, crumble up the baked cake and mix it into the frosting until you have a sticky mixture.
  5. Roll your cake & frosting mixture into balls, then chill in the fridge for 2 hours
  6. Roll the balls one more time to even out the edges.
  7. Finally, dip the balls into melted chocolate, or candy coating. Roll in sprinkles and you’re done!

End to end it takes a couple hours and they’re honestly not that cheap to make yourself, especially when you consider the cost of the CBD. The easiest option by far is to buy them online (we love¬†Diamond¬†CBD Cake Pops, sold here)¬†That way, they all look beautiful & you know your dosage of CBD is consistent in each pop.
