Notable stoner Seth Rogen’s cannabis company Houseplant is finally launching in the US. Here’s what we know so far.

Ready for a newsworthy nug?

Actor Seth Rogen is bringing his cannabis company, Houseplant, to the United States.

Hear the exciting news from Seth himself:

That packaging, though!

Beyond exclusive cannabis strains (his first, Pancake Ice is a personal favorite), there will also be vinyls for sale with a different mix of songs for each strain.

Seth joins a star-studded lineup of cannabis enthusiasts with their own companies, including famous folks like Martha Stewart, Snoop Dog, Willie Nelson, Tommy Chong, Whoopi Goldberg, and Melissa Etheridge, and Montel Williams.

“Houseplant is the result of years of experience and dedication, with each element and expression thoughtfully designed to make it easier for people to learn to love cannabis as much as Houseplant does,” said a statement released last Wednesday by Ontario-based grower Canopy Growth. They are Seth’s partner on the project.

Buzz is building already:

The Houseplant website crashed Monday afternoon shortly after Seth shared the news with his 9 million+ Twitter followers. Wild!
